In the matter of returns or refunds, the following shall be followed expressly and is agreed upon by every customer when they purchase any product or service from any of our Sites, emails, videos or content wherever found.

Physical Products

If physical products were purchased directly from and remain unused, they must be returned to before a refund is transacted. If the product has been opened or damaged in any way, your refund is voided and your product will be sent back or you can claim a refund of up to 100% of the product's purchase price.

Digital Products

If digital products were purchased directly from and remain unused and are deemed a bad fit for the customer, a refund can be issued within the first 30 days of the purchase. However, refunds are at the creator's discretion and proof of a bad product-to-customer fit lies on the customer to prove. If approved, refunds can take up to 14 days to be fully transacted.

Consulting & Product Creation (Funnels, Videos, Sales Copy, Imagery, Etc.)

If product creation/consulting has begun, then all fees are final and no refunds are provided for services rendered. If a customer is unhappy with their product or service, claims the right to offer discounted services in the future to support the customer's present or future opportunities.
